Hainan Xinlong Nonwovens Co., Ltd. does not tolerate
the slightest doubt about product quality. We have developed a permanent
control programme to ensure that raw materials, production processes,
semi-finished and finished products are followed up and tested continuously.
Due to the fact of that, Xinlong Nonwovens was certified by ISO9001
international standardized quality control system, DQS, the German
Quality Control System and IQNet, the international mutual quality
certlification network by 23 countries and was also certified by ISO9001
for its spunlace, thermobond nonwovens and paste dot coated interlining
series products. Additionally, it was awarded the gold medal of China's
"National Advanced High Quality and Economic Efficiency Enterprise"
in the same year. In April of 1999, Xinlong was recognized as China's
key "National High and New Technology Enterprise" as well
as the key executive unit for the state torch project planning. All
the factors above guarantee the impeccable quality of the final product,
base on which Xinlong Nonwovens has built its' great reputation of
quality product.

as it places on other core management issues such as production, sales,

In order to be as environmentally aware and responsible as possible,
employees at each of Xinlong's facilities are educated about conservation
issues and encouraged to cut waste and use materials more productively.
The China Environmental Protection Committee and numerous other organizations
have recognized the company's participation in conservation activities.
We manufacture environmentally friendly products. All raw materials
are thoroughly compared to customer specifications and production
method. Being among the first within our line of business who obtained
the ISO14001 environmentally certificate, together with the fact that
Xinlong has also achieved ISO-9001 certification. These certifications
