Thermalbond nonwovens Our thermobond nonwoven series are processed by our most advanced  production
lines with high-quality imported fibers as raw materials, by which
it has features of super-soft, super-fine-dots and super-thin.1 Feature: super-soft, super-fine-dots and super-thin. 2 Specification: weight range from 14 gsm to 60 gsm, and width range from 100mm to 2200mm. 3 Applications: high-grade fusible interlining substrate, feminine hygiene, wipes and upholstery fabrics, etc Xinlong Nonwovens interlinings 
Xinlong Nonwovens interlinings are manufactured with the most world-advanced
equipments and utilizing sophisticated thermo-bonding nonwoven technology
with high-quality PA, PES, and HDPE hot melt glues& additives
and advanced process &formulas; and technology of wide breadth
and high-speed coating, including paste-dot, scattering and double-dot
coating processes. Basis weight of substrates range from 14gsm to
60gsm and the interlinings cover a large assortment of articles with
stable & reliable quality. In recent years, our company has developed
a variety of good-performance interlinings, such as low-temperature
interlinings, washing-durable interlinings and silicon treated interlinings
etc. Xinlong woven interlinings Xinlong woven interlinings, with an annual production capacity of 30 million m2, are manufactured with a complete set of coating equipments imported by our company early this year. Main technologies involve double-dot and scatter coating processes and main products include tricot knitted interlinings, woven interlinings and elastic interlinings etc. Product width ranges from 0.92~1.8m. Manufactured by Xinlongs's matured double-dot coating process, Xinlong's interlinings reached high quality level when it is launched into markets. |
